Hello, my name is Travis Morris, I’ve been a Journeyman Plumber for 8 years now. In addition to working at Thrasher Plumbing, I’m the Vice President of Rise Fastpitch Softball and I’ve been volunteering as a softball coach since 2011.
I was born in Nebraska and lived there until I moved to Oregon in 1992. After I graduated Dallas High School I started work building mill equipment. I learned several skills pertaining to manufacturing at this first job.
In 2002 I went back to Nebraska and that is where I started my plumbing career. I moved back to Oregon in 2006, where I joined a plumbing apprenticeship program. In 2009, I became a Journeyman Plumber. Since then, I’ve had the opportunity to work for three different plumbing companies in Salem and Dallas. I have gained diverse plumbing experience from these jobs including: commercial and residential jobs, remodel jobs, how to preform repairs, and doing service work.
I strive to treat everyone I do a job for like I would want to be treated. One of my top priorities is making sure to take the time to explain to customers what is going on, every step of the way. There is no job I can’t do and the job is always done right.
